Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website and SpotiCheap operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. 

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the purchase, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your Spotify or Facebook credentials including your passwords or security information. SpotiCheap doesn't take any responsibilities for the consequences by using our service. SpotiCheap has no obligations to secure users' data and the users are responsible for any violations of any laws and terms that users may make use of our service.

Before use, you need to understand that the service we are offering is only helping users to contact those users who are offering to make the modifications to the users' subscriptions. SpotiCheap doesn't take any responsibilities if the users are making use of our service for any purposes that may against any laws or terms. Any charges made on are consulting fees that the users are paying for our expenses of communications with other users only. SpotiCheap is only responsible to monitor whether the users' accounts have been modified after their payments and further users' experience and service quality will not be watched by SpotiCheap.

SpotiCheap has the rights to cancel your service if we find your payment is from illegal sources or you are imposing negative influence over other users' experiences of our service and your charges by won't be refunded. Changes of policies of Spotify may abort your service and we don't have the obligations to compensate for supplies lost in any forms.

The country in the profile of your Spotify account will be locked to one country as we upgrade your Spotify account. Unfortunately, users are not allowed to select the country in their Spotify profile unless you are enrolled in the country setting preference program which is a beta feature we offer to resellers.

By linking your Spotify account to SpotiCheap, you will give SpotiCheap the permission to make changes to your Spotify subscription. Your previous subscription on Spotify will be terminated automatically. If you have filled out the Spotify Account Custom Authorization (SACA) Form and have submitted it on the website, you will give SpotiCheap the permission to make any changes to your Spotify.

If you have joined other family plans previously or if you have bought plans in the past from SpotiCheap, you may face the Spotify living address postal code verification. All users must not enter postal codes and must forward the verification email to within 5 days since the verification is initialized by Spotify and assist SpotiCheap to complete the Spotify home address postal code verification OR your subscription will be terminated. If you complete the verification on your own or do not take actions, your SpotiCheap subscription will be terminated. SpotiCheap is not responsible for any consequences of verification failures.  All SpotiCheap users may encounter up to 2 living address postal code verifications per account in each year, but the number may exceed 2 if there are some changes to Spotify policies.

The expiration date on SpotiCheap is estimated with the remaining balance in your SpotiCheap account and the current unit price of the Service, the expiration date may change accordingly if there is a change in the price of Spotify Premium for Family. By continuing to use the Service after the price change takes effect, you accept the new expiration time. Due to upcoming and implemented Spotify updates regarding the Service, we do not guarantee the final result of the subscription. We may terminate the service if it is necessary and subscribers are required to have a willingness to take the risks of losing the Service before they subscribe to SpotiCheap. does not follow Spotify timestamp, which means each billing month of the SpotiCheap subscription equals to 30 days (720 hours). The estimated expiration date on is based on the purchase date and the plan duration (minus 48 hours as average empty slot costs per plan).

If the subscription under a Spotify account is terminated caused by reasons below, the SpotiCheap membership will be terminated:

1. The user has stopped the subscription on Spotify's website.

2. The Spotify account is stolen by crackers.

3. The Spotify account is locked by Spotify due to various reasons.

4. Home address verification failures.

5. Other situations that lead to the termination of a subscription.

The refund policy is available only if your Spotify is not upgraded, and the refund will charge you a transaction fee of 0.3 USD per payment. We will not accept a refund if your Spotify has been upgraded.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is made we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
